 If we have received sufficient documents we proceed here:  Verification 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 For IDENTT verification is always used only ID card or Passport.  

 To find the document open candidate's file by clicking on his name and after on the window called "Identity verification" and on the first site we see the documents attached. 

 If there is no document   check also the window called "Show all documents" in the candidate's file 

 If there is still no document request it from candidate by email. 

 In case the document is obtained , check if the document is fully visible and the MRZ number is not cropped out (see example:

 Information and MRZ are often on two sides, therefore we need to have them both 

       

 

 

 

 

 

 

 PASSPORT:✅ 

 

 

 

 

 

 See that on the passport is MRZ and information together, therefore we need only one side for verification 

 

 

   

 If we have received sufficient documents we proceed here:  Verification 

 If the documents are not sufficient we repeat step 4.

 Click on the button "Knowledge Login" 

 Click on the red button "Auto-verify" 

 Click on the FIle and Next 

 Make screenshot of the ID or Passport (Make sure all the information are visible) and upload the screenshot into the drop area and verify 

 

 If there is a problem with document result looks like this: 

 

 In this case the MRZ was not fully visible. Try it again but if the result remains wrong ask candidate for better photo (many times happens that the last line or part of MRZ is not captured therefore we need a new one) 

 

 If everything is correct result looks like this: 

 

 

 Click on the DOWNLOAD RECORD IN PDF FILE button and return to the candidate's file.
